As of now, OS/2 users report that B&W works well for Quake under OS/2. Since B&W will work only in a DOS VDM, you need to use a DOS service provider dialer. There is one shareware PPP software package from Klos Technologies, which is included in QKEPPP20.ZIP.

Create another object to load the B&W drivers and dial to your service provider. After the connection is established, you can load Quake in that same VDM as usual.

Personally, it works for me. Due to my physical location, which is Singapore, the lag is really bad.
